Sam is an accomplished senior operations and supply chain leader with over twenty years’ experience. He is adept at creating business strategies that deliver operational performance.
He applies LEAN methodologies to drive commercially pragmatic decision-making and has extensive experience in coaching, people development and performance management.
Sam has deep expertise in manufacturing operational excellence, especially within the FMCG sector. He is highly knowledgeable and skilled in top-down and bottom-up planning and management of operational budgets in excess of $100M.
Sam takes a customer-centric quality management approach to everything he does, particularly when dealing in high-criticality, regulated facilities.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Manufacturing Technology in Food Science and Technology from La Trobe University, as well as a Diploma of Management and Executive Masters of Business Administration both from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
