Matt is a progressive senior executive with diverse experience in large corporate, government, and startup organisations. His professional history extends across consumer retail, home improvement, commercial property, higher education and professional services, where he has worked with companies such as JLL, RMIT University, The University of Queensland and Legrand.
With core skills in strategy, innovation, new venture creation and change, Matt excels at bringing clarity from complexity to help teams successfully deliver social and commercial outcomes. As founder and Managing Director of kin8, he leads a team building a decentralised future of work and delivering innovation commercialisation projects for both private and public sector clients.

Led two market and tenant discovery projects for Haworth Australia to support the development of new premium business lounge amenities in first-class commercial buildings in Perth and Melbourne.

As part of a national study funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), designed and implemented the go to market strategy for the University of Queensland’s world-leading health and wellbeing program, BeUpstanding.

Supported successive Directors to design and deliver the strategy and operating plan, as well as specific startup program elements at RMIT Activator. Also provided coaching and mentoring to over 50 startup teams.
