Frances is an innovation and strategy specialist. Her career spans the private and not-for-profit sectors in 

corporate innovation, customer insights and business transformation. 

 

She is passionate about empowering organisations to achieve innovation excellence, whether it’s in

delivering outstanding customer experiences or cultural transformation.

Accomplishments

  • Led a strategic diversity project on behalf of a Victorian government  department, to identify how the Victorian startup community can better engage with entrepreneurs living with disability.  The research informed policy on how to unlock more diverse talent and startup participation among entrepreneurs living with disability. 

  • Designed and developed a global innovation transformation program for a listed property group specialising in project management and construction, real estate investment and development.

  • Led user-centred research to assist one of Australia's largest telecommunications providers to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.

About Frances

Frances brings expertise in corporate innovation, cultural transformation and communications, innovation impact measurement and business model development. Frances takes a design thinking approach to problem-solving to identify areas of opportunity at the intersection of government, industry, the not-for-profit sector and community.

Frances' professional innovation experience includes working for a number of Australia's leading innovation management consultancies, most recently as General Manager of Innovation & Strategy at Collective Campus. 

Frances graduated from The University of Melbourne a double-degree and quintuple majors in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce.

In her spare time...

Frances enjoys brunching her way across Melbourne's cafe scene, hunting for the best babyccino with her daughter and husband.
