A highly energetic, action-oriented, results-driven, customer-focused, Dr Priya Subramanian is a passionate Senior Leader with a strong business acumen and interpersonal skills with over 15 years of experience working on complex technical projects both in government and commercial sector. She has demonstrated success in developing a range of products utilising project management and specialist technical skills.

About Priya

Dr Priya Subramanian currently provides technical services to start-ups and government funded SMEs in grant application, product development, research commercialisation and developing project management frameworks and strategies for effective collaborations.

 

In her most recent role as a Senior Technical Manager, she managed CCL Secure’s largest account project in the APAC region. Priya served as the technical specialist developing strategies to improvise the product offerings in the market to retain existing clients and venturing new markets across the three regions by leading the banknote evaluation services team including counterfeit analysis and laboratory management. 

 

Prior to working for CCL Secure, Priya worked for the Reserve Bank of Australia on the new note development program where she was responsible to manage industry led university collaboration on research programs developing new technology to improvise banknote security. Some of the security features developed under her leadership utilising her research management and commercialisation skills is currently seen on the newly released Australian banknotes in circulation.

Priya is a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Monash, holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Mumbai and is a PMP and PRINCE 2 certified Project Management Professional.
